Michelle Gorczyca - Working on NCCP Level 1.
Michelle is one of our newest and most accomplished skaters.  She joined Arctic Edge Skating Club in the fall of 2007 after having trained and competed in BC and Ontario for most of her skating career. Her completed skating tests to date include, Junior Competitive Freeskate, Gold Freeskate, Junior Pairs, Senior Bronze Dances, and Junior Silver Skills. Michelle is also planning to compete this season while she attends Athabasca University as a distance-education student.  She plans to continue to develop her skating while becoming a coach for this coming year.

Tanya has been a professional coach for 12 years, with a 2 year break while on maternity leave. Her accomplishments include 3rd figure, Sr. Bronze Freeskate and Sr. Bronze Dance.  Her goal is to continue skating to complete further skating skills and dance tests, and to encourage our young skaters to have fun with her enthusiastic attitude.
