Early Academy provides an introduction to figure skating. It replaces the JumpStart Program. Skaters learn the basics of freeskate, skills and dance in a group lesson environment. This program is instructed by our NCCP certified professional coaches. Skaters must have passed CanSkate Stage 4 and have coach approval. Skaters participate in Early Figure Skating sessions in addition to participation in the CanSkate Program at least once per week.
This program is offered twice a week on Tuesday 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm from October 4 to November 5:30 to 6:00 pm from November 1 to April 2011
5:30 - 6:00 pm and Saturday between 9:15 and 10:00 AM. Skaters must also register in a weekday CanSkate session of their choice
